Microsoft updates its launcher for android and presents the official Microsoft Launcher, available in beta on Google Play.
The goal, like all launchers , is to customize the home screen experience, and Microsoft has decided to do so to bring the distance between mobile and PC closer. Microsoft Launcher will allow Android users to continue viewing photos, editing documents or browsing websites from a mobile to a PC.
Continuing the work we do on the mobile to go to the world PC is something that many constantly do: we look for a product from the mobile, but we go to the computer to make the purchase, for example. This “continue on PC” is also important in the new Edge browser for iOS and Android, similar to the macOS transfer function.
With the launcher, we can touch the files of the home screen feed and activate them to start on a PC, excellent for OneDrive, Office and Outlook users.
Microsoft Launcher also has a feed of calendar appointments information and reminders, as well as photos and recent news. It can be personalized, of course, with different themes and colors, with subtle suggestions of light, depth, and movement.
Users of the current launcher will see the update soon, but if you do not have patience, you can use it in beta mode in the previous link.
