Love is the opposite of fear. When fear is present, you experience conditional love and that is a poor substitute for the unconditional kind. Pay attention and you’ll begin feeling the difference.

Pure love is the best gift you can give and receive, and it’s an emotion that is very hard to explain. You may only experience it. However one factor is for sure; If you really feel you need to pay a price by abandoning your authentic self,  then you know you aren’t dealing with unconditional love.

Start with loving yourself, because if you can’t love your self, then how are you going to love anybody else?
